Park officials in Rochelle approved a new fiscal year appropriation and budget last night with slight increases in both figures. The new fiscal year for the park district began on May 1st. The appropriation totals 4 million dollars, about $300,000 more than a year ago. The budget has a figure of 3.6 million dollars which is an increase of around $275,000 from 2012. Hernandez was initially uncooperative with police after the body of a 27-year-old man was found in an industrial park near his home in North Attleborough on Monday, ABC News said, citing unnamed law enforcement sources.
