Jason Anderson will explain the City railroad infrastructure and operation.  Formed in 1986 to provide switching service between warehouses and the UP and BNSF mainline railroads, it has helped develop Rochelle into a logistical and industrial powerhouse.  The line has 12 miles of track, three locomotives, and moved 12,000 railcars in 2016.
