An investigation has found that last month's death of a three-year-old boy from Amboy was caused by an improperly grounded family camper. The boy died when he touched the door handle of the camper while standing on wet ground. The death of Landyn Keener has been ruled an accident, but experts suggest RV owners use a voltage tester to check for what's called "hot skin" on mobile homes.
