A settlement reached by the Illinois Attorney General's office will mean more than 46-million-dollars in refunds for Commonwealth Edison customers. The Illinois Commerce Commission today approved the settlement of two lawsuits against previous rate hikes ComEd received to cover the costs of improvements to the electric grid. The refunds will come in the form of credits on the November bills of ComEd customers and will average about eight-dollars.
