Road construction season is around the corner and drivers should expect some changes to their commute. Illinois Tollway officials say Road work in 2015 will cost just over one-point-six-billion-dollars. Projects include the continued expansion of the Jane Addams Tollway. Crews will be adding a fourth lane in both directions between the Elgin Toll Plaza and the I-294 Interchange. Officials say construction could begin by the middle of March depending on the weather.
