Resurfacing work will take place between I-88 near Rochelle and Baxter Road, just south of Rockford. The 33 million dollar project will take 2 construction seasons to complete.
Traffic will be restricted to one lane in the areas where work operations are taking place. All lanes will be open Friday morning for each weekend.
The project will begin near Baxter Road on I-39 and proceed south towards Rochelle.
