A Davis Junction man is back on the streets today following a drug arrest Wednesday night.
32-year old Shaun Baker was charged with the felony offense of unlawful possession of cannabis and the misdemeanor charge of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
The arrest came about after Ogle County Sheriff's Police responded to a domestic incident in the 100 block of Dayflower Circle in Davis Junction.
After further investigation, 85 grams of marijuana was found at the residence.
In court yesterday, an Ogle County judge set bond at $4,000. Baker posted 10 percent of the figure and was released from jail.
He is scheduled to appear in court for a hearing on May 29th in Oregon.
