Ogle County Sheriff's Police have arrested 3 Rochelle residents involving drug delivers in the area. The investigation took place during the past several months.
21-year old Bailey Gildea has been charged with the Class "X" felony offense of unlawful delivery of cocaine. Bond was set at $50,000.
48-year old Shelli Delatorre was also arrested on the Class "X" felony offense of 2 counts involving the delivery of heroin. Bond was set at $15,000.
The third arrest involved 38-year old Franky Martinez of Rochelle on the Class 1 felony of unlawful delivery of heroin. His bond was set at $50,000.
Martinez was also arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court with a cash bond of just under $15,900.
Gildea, Delatorre, and Martinez were all transported to the Ogle County jail following their arrest.
The investigation was conducted by the Stateline Area Narcotics Task Force. This includes the Ogle County Sheriff's Department along with police officers in Rochelle and Loves Park and the Illinois State Police.
