Kreider Services is holding a Job Fair next Weds. July 27th, from 1:00 – 3:00 pm at the First National Bank in Rochelle located at 340 May Mart Drive. The provider of services to persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities currently has full-time and part-time openings for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).
Requirements for the Direct Support Professional position includes having a High School diploma or GED and be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
“We offer a higher starting wage than many of the other facilities like ours in the State of Illinois,” explains Jeff Stauter, Executive Director of Kreider Services.
“We’re hoping to attract people that want to work with people with disabilities. Some of our DSPs have been with Kreider for over 35 years, and this is a great place to work,” adds Stauter.
Kreider’s Job Fair will begin at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 27 at First National Bank in Rochelle in the community room. Persons who stop by will be able to learn more about the current DSP openings, fill out an application and speak to a supervisor.
