The National Weather Service has issued a heat advisory from 11 this morning until 7 this evening for the area.
The high temperature today will be in the upper 80's. The peak heat index will be between 98 and 103 this afternoon.
The low tonight will be in the upper 60's with a high temperature Monday in the mid-80's.
This is the 4th straight day that the heat advisory has hit the area.
