Rockford police and the DEA are revealing what they call the biggest local drug seizure in recent history -- eight-and-a-half-million-dollars' worth of cocaine, methamphetamine and fentanyl.
Police also announced the arrest of 58-year-old Luis Ruiz and said they have issued an arrest warrant for 26-year-old Rafael Ruiz.
In addition to the 70-kilos of drugs, police also seized two guns and an undisclosed amount of cash.
