Primary Election turnout expected to be low in Illinois

Election officials expect most voters in Illinois to skip the next election. Voters across the state will decide mayoral primaries and a number of ballot questions tomorrow.

But most local election offices expect turnout to be in the single digits. The winners of tomorrow's primaries will go on to the April election.
