A Rochelle man has received a sentence of 6 years in the Department of Corrections involving a drug arrest last year.
39-year old Franky Martinez pled guilty in Ogle County court to the Class 2 felony offense of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance.
The incident took place on April 14th of last year.
As part of his sentence, Martinez will have 3 years of mandatory supervised release once he gets out of prison and pay court costs and fines that total just over 12 hundred dollars.
