No one suffered any injuries this past weekend following a storm with high winds and heavy rain hit rural Stillman Valley.
There are reports of several farm buildings damaged from the high winds along with electrical power lines on the ground along Route 72 and Stillman Road.
Ogle County Sheriff's Police had closed a section of Route 72 and Stillman Road for a period of time following the storm until the debris and power lines could be removed off the pavement.
The National Weather Service believes that it was either a straight-line of winds or a microbust that did the damage this past weekend near Stillman Valley.
