The RMU Water Division has scheduled 2 outages that will take place today and on Thursday.
Workers plan to replace a water meter for the 800 Treatment Plant Road trailer park today starting at 9.
Service will be off for about an hour. Once the water is turned back on, a boil order will begin until further notice.
RMU plans to repair a leaking water valve at the corner of Turkington Terrace and Route 38 tomorrow. Water service will be turned off between 10:30 and 2.
A water boil order will also be issued for the area once the work is completed until further notice.
During the water boil orders this week, residents should boil their water for at least 5 minutes for cooking or drinking.
