Winnebago County officials say that the body found in a car in the Rock River last Sunday is 25-year old Emily Anderson of Loves Park who went missing on June 19th.
She was identified by dental records.
Anderson's car was found in the Rock River in Roscoe. The cause of death remains under investigation. Authorities say there was no trauma on the body.
Toxicology results from Anderson's body was expected in a few weeks.
Police say that the Rock River flooded its banks in July making the water deeper in the area where the car was found.
