A Rochelle man is back on the streets following a drug arrest Saturday morning during a traffic stop in the 4,000 block of East Flagg Road.
30-year old Robert Curatola has been arrested on the charge of driving while under the influence along with unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession of cannabis, under 10 grams, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Curatola's car was originally stopped for speeding which he received a ticket for.
The local man has posted 10 percent of a $5,000 bond and released from the Ogle County jail. Curatola was given a court date of November 17th in Oregon.
