The latest Illinois flu report shows fewer people got sick in the first week of 2018. The report from the Illinois Department of Public Health says 218 people were admitted to the hospital between January 1st and January 6th.
That's down a bit from the week before. But doctors say don't take that to mean that the flu season is about to end. Doctors say Illinois will see at least another month and a half of flu season.
