There's still hope for 50-thousand new jobs and five-billion-dollars in new building in Chicago. Amazon yesterday said Chicago is among the final 20 candidates for its new headquarters.
Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel says he plans to double down on the sales pitch for his city. Most of the rest of the finalists for Amazon's HQ2 are on the East Coast, although Indianapolis, Nashville and Los Angeles are all on the list as well.
