No one injured in Kings house fire

No injuries were reported this morning following a house fire at a home in Kings.

Fire departments got on the scene at around 2:30 at 308 Main Street.

Rochelle Fire Chief Dave Sawlsville said that the flames started under the floor in a bathroom in the back of the 1-story home.

The fire was at ground level with some siding being damaged.

The cause of the blaze appears to be electrical in nature. Cost damage was over $10,000.

Crews from Rochelle and the Ogle-Lee Fire Protection District were on the scene for over 2 hours.

4 people live in the home and were out of the residence when emergency personnel arrived on the scene.
