The Rochelle police department needs the antenna on the water tower so that officers can communicate if they are at RTHS or Lincoln School.
The village is looking at cleaning out the inside of the water tower.
The board will also meet in executive session as the discussion will include personnel and pending litigation. This portion of the meeting is closed to the public.
