School officials in Oregon have approved an intergovernmental agreement with the Oregon Park District in taking over the ownership of Blackhawk Center.
The proposal would have the Oregon school district own the facility as of September 1st of this year.
The school district currently uses the facility for fall and winter sports teams. Spring sports teams also practice at times in the building along with physical education classes during the day.
