The former school superintendent in DeKalb has been arrested after authorities say he was involved in revenge porn for allegedly passing explicit photos of a former employee in the district.
Police say that 60-year old Doug Moeller allegedly paid a former student to buy a cellphone and then use it to send the photos of the woman to other school board members.
The former female employee had apparently given Moeller copies of the photographs that he sent to the school officials.
Moeller has been arrested on the felony offense of non-consensual dissemination of private sexual images.
Police say that the photos were sent in February of 2017, the day after the school board in DeKalb approved a separation agreement with Moeller.
If convicted, he could face up to 3 years in prison.
