Boys High School Basketball
Rockford Boylan High School will have a new head boys basketball coach next season.
Mike Winters has resigned after 5 years with the program. He plans to spend more time with his wife and his 2 children.
Winters had a record of (108-40) at Boylan which included a Regional and Sectional Championship this past season. The Titans lost in the Super-Sectional game against Peoria Manual.
Rockford Boylan finished with a record of (31-3). The 31 wins tied a school record.
Winters has also been a head coach at Oregon, Rockford Jefferson, and Rock Falls High Schools.
