White Sox beat Toronto 11-4

Melky Cabrera hit a three-run homer and drove in five runs to lead the White Sox past the Blue Jays, 11-4, at the Rogers Centre.  Jose Quintana allowed two runs on five hits over seven innings to claim the win.   Jose Abreu tripled, doubled and had three RBIs in the first two innings as Chicago jumped out to a 7-0 lead.  The White Sox are 4-and-1 in their last five games. 

Toronto starter Joe Biagin was chased in the second after allowing seven runs in his fifth-straight loss.  Kendrys Morales, Justin Smoak, and Steve Pearce homered for the Blue Jays.

Game 2 of the series is this afternoon in Toronto. The Pre-Game Show begins at 11:35 on Good Time Oldies 1060.
