White Sox and Cubs hold first full-team workouts today

The Cubs are holding their first full-team workout of spring training in Mesa today. Chicago's position players were due in camp yesterday. The Cubs begin Cactus League play versus the Brewers on Friday.
The White Sox will also have their first full-team workout today. They begin spring play against the Dodgers on Friday.
