There are more legal troubles for Governor Quinn. Dozens of IDOT workers who are slated to lose their jobs have filed suit. They say they're being canned so Quinn can save face during a heated election season. All of the workers were staff assistants who may have been hired based on clout and not necessarily skill. The workers are asking a judge to let them stay on the job until IDOT turns over documents that provide details on why they're being let go.
