Problems continue for future pot facilities in Illinois

There's more drama over the state's medical marijuana program. Reports indicate former Governor Pat Quinn didn't give companies the green light to grow and sell marijuana because many of the businesses had ties to politically connected lobbyists. In all, Quinn's team signed off on 18 cultivation centers and more than 50 dispensaries. Records show Quinn went back and forth on the decision to issue the licenses and ultimately decided to walk away, so there wouldn't be any appearance of wrongdoing. Governor Rauner says he won't issue licenses until after he's done a full review of the program.
