3 Rochelle residents appear before a judge in mob action case

A Rochelle woman remains in jail today after local police made 3 arrests last week following a fight that took place.

23-year old Cheyanne Patton has been charged with mob action along with domestic battery following the altercation. She remains in jail in lieu of a $25,000 bond with a Monday court date before a judge.

Also arrested were 21-year old Aalena Doubler and 26-year old Robert Cook, both from Rochelle, on the charge of mob action.

Doubler has also been charged with battery while Cook domestic battery.

The fight occurred last Wednesday in the 1200 block of Tilton Park Drive. The female victim did not suffer any serious injuires.

Doubler is out of jail following the posting of a $3,000 bond. She returns to court on July 22nd for a hearing.

Cook was released from jail on a $3,000 recognizance bond with a court date of July 15th in Oregon.
