A funeral service was held yesterday for a family in rural Dixon who were killed last month in a house fire.
39-year old Timothy Shaw along with his wife Melissa and 4 of their children suffered fatal injuries around midnight of November 21st. The teens were students in the Dixon School District.
The cause of the blaze remains under investigation on the 2-story home in Lost Nation. Ogle County Sheriff's Police say there was no foul play in the fire.
The family was buried at the Oakwood Cemetery in Dixon.
