OREGON – Oregon School District announced they will be making some leadership changes over the next few years. District 220 announced that for the 2024-2025 school year Dr. P.J. Caposey will take over as superintendent effective July 1st. Assistant Superintendent Adam Larsen will remain with the district through the 2024-2025 school year to ensure a smooth transition. The current Principal, Mr. Kip Crandall, originally planned to retire at the end of the 2026-2027 school year, will retire at the end of the 2025-2026 school year. Dr. Thomas Mahoney, the current Superintendent, announced two years ago his plan to retire in the summer of 2024. They also announced a new position, an additional Assistant Principal.
