WAUKEGAN - A man accused of being the gunman in the Highland Park parade shooting will be allowed to call his family from jail. A Lake County Judge agreed to modify an order against Robert Crimo the Third that revoked his phone, tablet, and internet privileges. The defendant has been held at Lake County Jail since he was charged days after the mass shooting on July 4th, 2022. Seven people were killed in the attack and close to 50 others were wounded. Crimo will be back in court on May 29th.
