ROCKFORD - A man is charged with killing a woman in Rockford. Police say 19-year-old Elizabeth Beasley was found shot to death Tuesday in the 49-hundred block of Linden Road. Investigators identified Douglas Bell as the suspect. He has been charged with murder. Authorities believe Bell and the victim knew each other.
