The Rochelle Hubs will have 2 new opponents for the 2024 football season.
RTHS is coming off a (7-3) record and an appearance in the Class 5A Playoffs.
The Hubs open up the season on Friday, August 30th, with a home game against Woodstock followed by a road game with Morton. The Woodstock game will also be Senior Night.
Rochelle goes on the road on September 13th on a neutral site against Highland High School. The game will be played at Tucci Stadium on the campus of Illinois Wesleyan University in Bloomington.
Highland was (10-2) last season and lost in the second round of the Class 5A Playoffs.
The Hubs will begin Interstate 8 Conference play on September 20th with a home game against Sycamore followed by a road game against LaSalle-Peru and a Homecoming game with Morris.
Rochelle will then play a home game against Kaneland which is Hall of Fame night followed by a road game with Ottawa.
The Hubs wrap up the regular season as they travel to Imperial, Missouri against Windsor High School. The Owls were (4-7) this past season.
It is the first time Rochelle has played a school in Missouri during the football season.
